We require an informational file in .txt format to be uploaded along with the audio files. Otherwise, people who download the show end up with a pile of audio files but don't necessarily know where/when the show was or what the setlist is. That's where the .txt file comes in. It does have to be in .txt format so our system can read it (can't read .rtf, .doc or .pdf files, though if you want to include those as well, you're welcome to). But at a minimum, the .txt file should include the band name, date of the show, venue/city/state, and a track listing/setlist. It can be as simple or as detailed as you like - here's one for a recent show I did (http://ia701201.us.archive.org/3/items/bt2012-08-22.cafs.flac16/bt2012-08-22.txt). Just create something similar in Notepad (on a PC) or TextEdit (on a Mac) and save in plain-text format with a .txt extension. Then upload that alongside the audio files - to add it to the existing fileset, go to the show's page, click "Edit item", then choose "change the files". Click "Share" on that page, choose the .txt file, and upload it. When you're done, click "Update files". When that's done, post back and we'll take it from there if this happens again.

Also, these files look pretty small...how long are the songs?

DOH! I knew about but forgot the text file requirement.

I uploaded the text file. Will it derive automatically now or still need a hand.

File sizes are correct. Short solo acoustic songs this time.

THANKS!

Peace,

Bob
